A significant part of this role is focused on high-volume recruitment for call center positions, alongside employee relations, HR administration, and internal company projects.
This position is ideal for someone who already has hands-on HR or recruitment experience, enjoys working with people, and can stay organized and adaptable in an environment where priorities and business needs may change quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment and selection process, from job posting to hiring
- Advertising open positions through relevant recruitment channels
- Screening applications and actively sourcing candidates
- Conducting interviews
- Maintaining timely and professional communication with candidates
- Presenting job offers
- Managing Onboarding process
- Coordinating closely with the Operations and Administration teams
- Working closely with HR Management on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and terminations

- 2+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, HR operations, or a similar HR role

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
